The Saluda Pantry is operated solely by volunteers within our extended community.

Volunteers can commit as little or as much time as available. Each week, our volunteers pick up food for distribution, stock shelves, and assist shoppers with selecting food. Receive Support

The Saluda Pantry is here to support our friends and community facing hunger or food insecurity. 

We are committed to providing assistance to individuals and families facing food insecurity with compassion, respect, and dignity. We understand that asking for help can be difficult, and we approach each person’s situation with the utmost sensitivity, ensuring privacy and protection of pride. Our goal is to offer a safe and welcoming space where everyone feels valued, knowing that reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness. Together, we are here to ensure that no one faces hunger alone.

Now, in the aftermath of Helene, it is even more important to us that we help all in need. Stop in our temporary location at 150 E. Main Street in downtown Saluda, NC, (across from the post office). If you can’t come to us, email us your needs and we will help find a way to get things to you.
